We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or Paypal payment, or notification of payment within 5 days.

These cancellation rules are set by us in order to manage our business fairly for all concerned. We do appreciate however that exceptional circumstances may arise, in which case please notify us in writing and we will endeavour to refund as appropriate to a maximum of 80%.

For a confirmed reservation, the selected residence will be exclusively reserved in your name.

In the extremely unlikely event of a material change or cancellation of your booking by us, we will notify you by phone and then in writing as soon as possible.
